7. When we cancel an order you get refunded on your account balance. no refund at your payment gateway unless we decide there's a serious reason..

8. Viewppie is not responsible for any damage that may be caused on your social media accounts. We always make sure to deliver the highest quality and 100% safe services and we never had any reports for account bans or video removals because of our services. Also we don't know what services you might have used in the past.
